```Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Responsibilities: - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities - Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior - Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans - Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors - Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure consistent and effective care - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, including medical records and behavioral data - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information Experience: - Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred - Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies - Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to understand medical documentation - Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans effectively - Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred - Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Comprehensive training program provided - Opportunities for career advancement within the organization If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply for the position of Behavior Technician.
